Took my truck here to get repaired through SGI the initial arrangement was fast quick and easy, but then I got my truck back and my back up sensor wasn't working properly so I called and they brought it back in and looked at it for the day gave it back to me and told me that they couldn't figure out what it was and was given the run around about what it might be? was told they would call and get in touch with someone who could look at it and never got called back, took it in a month later as I found a defect in the paint, it was a Friday and was told they would call me back on the following Monday to get it scheduled in, I asked Anne if she had my info or if she needed anything from me. She told me she had everything and would call me Monday. Its now been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything. I am sorry but it shouldn't be my job to just you around to get you to fix your mistakes, it has been super annoying dealing with Anne, One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered, If I would have known that I had to chase her around to get their issues fixed I would have gone somewhere else, very disappointed

Extremely disappointing experience.
It has been 6 months and the issue is still not resolved. I was given false commitments at every step. Whenever I called for follow-up, I was told the person was either off, busy, or unavailable.
I personally visited 5–6 times over the past 6 months, and every visit came with a new excuse—most commonly that parts were not available.
On my first visit, I was asked to leave the car for 3 days, which turned into 6 days, and even then half the work was not completed.
On the next visit, I noticed visible paint marks on the vehicle.
On the third visit, a broken part was installed, and I was told it arrived broken from the warehouse.
To make things worse, I have just been informed that my car is not moving straight and the frame is off—something that was never mentioned or disclosed during the initial inspection or any of the follow-ups. This raises serious concerns about the quality of inspection and transparency.
After all this, today they responded as if nothing ever happened.
This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking to waste your time and test your patience, this place will definitely do that.

I have never felt more comfortable, impressed, or well taken care of at a body shop than I did with Western Auto Body—especially thanks to Anne. From my very first phone call, she provided a quote right away (a huge difference compared to waiting over a month at another shop), and every step afterward was professional, seamless, and stress-free. The repair itself was excellent, completed quickly, and at a very fair price with no surprises at pickup. They did exactly as promised fixing a ding in my door, and I truly felt both myself and my Tesla were treated with respect throughout the process. Everything about the experience felt professional and trustworthy. I’ll absolutely return for any future work and will be recommending Western Auto Body to all my friends and family. Also loved the shop parrot 🥰

I’ve never had a more efficient, knowledgeable, honest and low-stress experience at an auto shop before than I did today at Western.I have a lot of bad experiences with auto shops, and needing even routine maintenance causes me a lot of stress. Maybe that won’t be the case anymore!I’ll be back for sure!

Anne was very communicative about what would happen, and when. They were able to get us in sooner than other garages, and when they realized after closer inspection our car would be a write-off, she called me first to ensure that I would understand why, and what the next actions would be.

I have used this buisness multiple times and they used to exceed my expectations. Unfortunately I feel they aren't like they used to be. It took an exceedly long time to get my claim handled. What would have taken 3-4 days at another service center took 3 months here.Service: Tires

Anne's son told me several things about the way they conduct business. My car was not repaired well, and they just blamed the manufacturer, my car was only one year old. I don't recommend them. Anne gets upset if you don't agree with her.
