Also Kevin in the Bike area was so amazing to deal with answered all my questions with great knowledge of what I am looking for in a bike for my kid.

I ordered a bike which they were kind enough to ship from Regina to Toronto. The staff was courteous and helpful, the bike arrived well packaged, beyond my expectations really and everything was exactly as described. Great shop to buy from and I expect their local bike services to be up to the same standards.

I gave a review for my recent visits to Western Cycle in Regina, but I didn't make it public. My mistake. I'll give a new review here. This company is the best support structure you can have for a bicycle. Be it a mountain bike, road bike, coaster bike, e-bike or a kids bike, they have the know how to support your purchase, whether it be from them or not. They even have an interior track to test a bike or repairs on, very cool. In my case I'm from Moose Jaw, so I bought my bike from a local shop. I had a recent need for Shimano steps motor maintenance that my local shop couldn't do. I called Western Cycle as recommended by my local shop. When I called, I was advised they have the equipment to remote into my e-bike's computer and firmware, to update and or customize the abilities of my e-bike. The staff adopted me as a customer and upgraded and enabled the features on my bike as I asked, they even wiped it down. The staff are welcoming and polite, they treat everyone with the same level of service. When you get the bill it doesn't break the bank. Their work is flawless and doesn't need repeating. I can't say enough about this company, I'll be continuing my visits to this location anytime I need service, and am in the city. I highly recommend this "more than a bicycle shop," business. You should visit them soon.

These folks are very knowledgeable, but they make it clear that no question or request I may have is too silly or trivial. I asked them to mount a trailer hitch on my bike, which was simple enough that it only took them a few minutes, but they did it with a smile.

Staff were very helpful in educating me and helping me find the right bike! They were patient with me as I tried out different options and answered all of my questions. They had the bike ready to go for me very quickly. It was a great experience!

Knowledgeable and friendly service. They let me test out a few bikes to get a better feel before committing. Sales dude was patient and not pushy. Settled for what I had initially planned to buy, anyway.
Edit: sent in one used FS bike for service. Work took a while but the bike is just smooth as butter!
