I love shopping at winners. Go to place. Never an issue.
However, this time was different. I had an armful of stuff, and was basically carrying everything in two arms when I went to the next cashier. Wasn’t offered a bag with my abundance in hand. Ok fine. Maybe it’s not as customary.
As I’m paying for my items, the cashier starts pushing my stuff towards me. I get it, it’s closer to her than me. But she does so in a way that a glass bottle I bought kept falling down. I didn’t want it to break, but she didn’t stop and just kept pushing. I told her “don’t worry, I can grab my stuff” but she kept pushing it. Not long after I put my wallet away and grab my stuff does she shove the receipt in my face and not even look at me as I walk away. I get it, it’s not your dream job. Please just be nicer to people.

I want to share a incident of racism that happened with me today at store in front of my kids. So what was happened i bought some stuff and paid for it. I was checking receipts and found out they have charged me for same stuff two times. Its ok i agree its just silly mistake. But when i went inside store again to get it fixed, i was waiting for patiently for my turn as store manager Andrea was assisting a customer. I didn’t approached her but she approached me and asked whats wrong. So when i was trying to tell her the mistake they did, first she didn’t listened my whole story & secondly she in a really bad behaviour rudely told me she wouldn’t help me as she assisting a customer. I told her its ok we are waiting for our turn. But then she yelled at me infront of kids to go through a big line of customers as i already told her that i am getting late for something important but no efforts were taken by here. I don’t know how she get manager position with such bad customer service skills. If you can help a customer with return infront of us so why not you could help us while we waiting patiently for our turn. Clearly feels like ethnicity racism happening.

Love winners always have. But just went there today and with a larger purchase I was not offered to purchase a bag and she didn’t even fold the clothes she rolled them in a ball and tossed them in a pile in front of me. And rolled her eyes when I said I don’t have a TJ max card.

Good items for home goods and decorations...options for people over a size L or 14 is dismal and very dissapointing
