I had a very disappointing experience at Winners in South Regina. One of the staff members, Brianna J, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to see jewelry, she did not show it properly and seemed uninterested in helping me. Her attitude was dismissive, and she did not answer my questions respectfully.
What made the experience even worse was that I felt her behavior was racially motivated. As a customer who is not white, I did not feel treated equally or fairly. When I raised my concern with the manager ( Soniya/Sania),she showed little interest in my complaint, which was very discouraging.
This store needs serious improvement in customer service and proper training in how to treat all customers with respect, regardless of race. No one should feel discriminated against while shopping.
