On May 28th , while We were driving to SK , kids needed a washroom , about 11pm we entered 7-Eleven , the washroom was locked because it was night time , we ask the man to open it for the kids and old man but he replied: go to another place .
The situation was very hard for the kids and their grandpa.

The bathrooms were in disgusting condition; urine surrounding the toilet, seats with dried fluids on them, the sink was plain gross. I'm convinced it wasn't a messy guest, they looked at though they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time.
Stop at the Esso instead for a snack, gas, and washroom.

While I understand paper cups are apart of inventory, I do not think it's very good service to not give a paper cup to someone needing it for their dog. ....enjoy the 1 star.
