I had a windshield and roof repair, Parkside installed a trim piece that had to be removed and reinstalled incorrectly and it flew off on my 1st highway ride and I have had no radio since April and they will not take ANY Responsibility for their error even though they replaced the piece that flew off free of charge ? Who does a $1000 job for free ? They still fail to take responsibility as the antenna is in this trim piece they screwed up, now that I know I will never let them look at anything I own and wouldn’t let them cut sandwich meat for the Homeless!!!!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Absolutely recommend Parkside autobody to anyone looking for repairs, they went above and beyond accommodated me with a rental and pick up time, cleaned the inside and outside to perfection looks like I just drove it off the lot! I was driving through Rosetown on my way to Calgary when I heard scraping from underneath my vehicle. I drove up to Parkside and they quickly came and removed the piece out in the parking lot. The business was clearly busy but I was back on the road in under 15 minutes. They didn’t even charge me, just helped me out because they could. Thanks again!!

I had the misfortune of hitting a deer while driving home from work at the beginning of April. It wrecked the front end of my car and I had to get it towed. SGI said they wouldn't get someone out to do an estimate to it until april 26th but if I was okay with calling the SGI accredited shops and asking them if they would take in a non operable vehicle to do a damage estimate on, then they would give that shop the go ahead to do so.I had the great fortune of picking Parkside Autobody and calling. They were very friendly and said they would take my car in right away and were more than okay with doing the inspection as long as SGI gave them approval. So off my car went only a day and a half after the accident. They had an estimate done for me the week after and offered me a loaner vehicle as SGI said my car would be repaired.Two weeks later my car was done! I picked it up yesterday and they had popped out a few roof dents I told them not to worry about and gave my car a full detail even though I said not to worry because it was an absolute mess that I would clean. My car came back to me immaculate and in perfect condition! They even gave me a small paint pot of my car's paint colour as a just in case for any scratches I might find or get. They were awesome over the phone and were very patient and friendly when I called several times asking what lines they use to get a hold of SGI because I was having troubles contacting them.All in all. This was a wonderful experience and I will be taking my car back in to get my windshield done and if I ever need body work done again (heaven forbid another accident) they will definitely be my go to!Customer service: 10/10Work Done: 15/10 (for cleaning my car and doing those quick repairs I said not to worry about)Speedy service: 10/10Over all: 15/10Services: Auto body & trim replacement

Parkside auto body has gone above and beyond to help me get my truck fixed. He helped me keep it from being a total loss in SGI'S eyes because he was willing to fix it for a very reasonable price.
