Subject: Disrespectful Experience at 7-Eleven Clarence & 8th, Saskatoon on July 11
I'm writing to share a very disappointing and upsetting experience I had on the evening of July 11th, around 10:00 PM, at Clarence Avenue & 8th Street location in Saskatoon during the annual birthday celebration.
My children went inside the store hoping to enjoy the advertised free Slurpee promotion. Unfortunately, they were turned away by a female employee who told them there were no more small cups. When I entered the store to speak with her, she raised her voice at me and responded rudely, saying “time is up, no more,” and then walked away, leaving me standing there in front of my kids. I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and hurt by the way she handled the situation.
I went back to let her know that her tone and behavior were unprofessional and unkind, especially in front of children. Sadly, the experience left me feeling like I was being looked down on. As a regular customer of 7-Eleven, I expected better.
This situation could have been handled with simple courtesy and kindness. Instead, it turned into a hurtful encounter that made me reconsider supporting 7-Eleven. I sincerely hope the company will address this matter and consider providing better training for the staff—particularly on how to treat all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of the time of day or who they are.

Long black hair in my box of cookies (I'm blonde). I called and they offered that if I came in today i could get a new box. Did not apologize and did not offer a refund. I don't want another box of cookies now that I know how they are packed in an unhygienic way. I was polite to the girl on the phone cause I know it's not her fault but seriously? That's the best yall could do?

Don’t order from here on skip they get lots of orders wrong and mostly everyone who orders from skip they will get ur order wrong if u have any problems in the future they will not give u a refund. They are making more money off items u didn’t order

If you need to go to the bathroom they won't even let you buy some coffee and let you use it. It makes sense if someone looks homeless but a blanket policy like that is garbage

clean fast clerk however the ice tea at the fountain dispenser was not working. probably was out but the other clerk was busy talking with someone
