We’re just at this 7-Eleven on what is 21st 2024 I am somebody with mobility problems. I have a handicap placard and there was a delivery truck parked in there. I spoke to them they didn’t care. I spoke to the 7-Eleven employee. You don’t look like you need it so you should be fine and was just brushed right off. He was rude and dismissive and told me I could just come back and make a complaint if I wished because he didn’t care

Went in to get a chicken sandwich and the pic has pickles and thousand Island style dressing. The guy slaps the chicken between two buns with mayo and I ask him doesn't it come with ingredients? He says no we're out. So I proceed to go to the mess of a hot dog station. Which had no ingredients at all just a slop of mess and some onions. No mustard no ketchup no relish. Then I asked if I could put cheese on it. He says is it on the pic? Terrible service and the chicken burger and drink was still 9 bucks! Not going back to that dump of a store.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. Ordered chicken and wedges, they tasted off. The breading tasted stale, like it was cooked in a dirty deep fryer. Shelves were in disarray, some items covered in a thick layer of dust. And there was a funky smell near the slurpee machine.

Not very clean staff are not friendly and very expensive. Circle-K a block away is a better choice.

What an absolutely disgusting environment. People sleeping on the walk way in people sleeping in the store like come on people. Next level embarrassing. You would think at a 2.5 there would be improvements but poor management will do that to a store. Sad.

I just bought a chocolate milk from this location and it was bad milk. It had fungus in it. I checked the expiration date before buying and it was good.
But I opended the can and had a sip and i realize its bad milk and i look inside there is fungus in it and its green. I went to the store and they were so rude about it.

Bought a $10 Nintendo gift card. The card had an error stating it wasn't activated. Went back to request assistance and was told to talk with Nintendo about it.I previously bought a $50 card, which worked immediately after and has an entire section of the receipt that clearly states the activation status of the card.The receipt for the $10 card lacks one, and the cashier refused to look at the receipt or provide assistance.Visited after the manager got in the morning afterward, and they were able to confirm the issue and provided a satisfactory solution!

There's only one good cashier with decent customer service. The food is stale and close to tasteless. Quick to get rid of me when I want to redeem points for my rewards card, we had gotten money back from the register, and it smelled absolutely awful. Soaking it in different solutions and hand sanitizer didn't work. Had to go exchange the multiple bills from a bank. I will put this lightly when I was told to smell the money and smelled like a stray wet cat pissed everywhere.

I bought 10 chicken strips it was $26.54 but finally I couldn’t eat them because it looked very old so hard to eat! Don’t really want to write a negative thing but I can’t believe that you guys can serve those chicken to customer.
