Aziz lodhi always gives amazing customer service. I am in here almost every morning for my rockstar. He never fails to greet every customer coming in with a warm good morning.
I just want to update that I made a skip order from this location and the service was exceptional. They called me to offer me different things because what I wanted was out of stock, and they also sent a free brownie with a thank you note. I have to say customer service like this is rare in Saskatoon and I will continue to be a customer at this location because of the service.

Dude i went on friday and i legit got food poisoning from my slush… I usually go to 7-11 for slushes every friday for the past decade. But I haven’t been to in a while due to it always being crappy or just not having any flavours i like. I decided to give it a try again because i didn’t get a slush yet.. and on the way home this was the worst decision I could make right now. I was in PAIN 😭 Do not get a slush from here 🤞🏼😞

On April 3rd my brother and I visited our local 7-Eleven as we've routinely done for several decades back into the early 1980's, usually at least a couple times a week. We've found ways over the years to make the time to grab a Slurpee since we were children. It's honestly the kind of thing 7-Eleven should put in a commercial.We've stopped at this location for about a decade now as we both live in this area. I like this store, it's usually clean, most of the staff are very friendly, and it's conveniently close to my home. On this visit the clerk was extremely aggressive in his attempts to collect my brother's contact information for the 7-Eleven rewards program. The clerk was behaving bizarrely and aggressively. The clerk refused to allow my brother to pay for his goods without first giving his phone number. Eventually, after verbally refusing multiple times, the clerk just started chuckling and repeatedly said "306" (area code) then waiting for my brother to provide the remaining numbers. My brother had his debit card out waiting for the clerk to let him pay for his goods. After several more attempts my brother became visibly angry and shouted at the clerk that he wasn't giving his phone number to which the clerk responded "How are you sir" multiple times consecutively. Finally, the clerk let him use his card to pay for his goods and we both left frustrated.I've been pressured to sign up for rewards programs before and I understand there is a market for my contact information, but I have never seen such bizarrely aggressive behavior from a clerk. Frankly I doubt this review will enact any change, but I would like to see 7-Eleven look over its policies regarding the collection of private information. This situation severely soured my experiences with 7-Eleven and it's doubtful my brother will ever step foot in this store again.

I had a really bad experience with 7 eleven Assiniboine Dr. I did a skip the dishes order and some of the items were missing. When I called in one of the sales associates talked to in a really bad and rude way. I’m wondering, is 7 eleven getting staffs even don’t know to do simple mathematics. Please at least be polite with the customers.The manager should train the employees not to argue with customers for unnecessary reasons.

So I understand that when going to any fast food type place after 2am you may not always get amazing choices for the munchies but what I experienced here was just pathetic and stomachs turning. I bought a hot dog went to the condiment section and the cheese and chilli machine was open with cheese and chilli everywhere but in the machine there were no toppings but mayo and relish so I used mayo I walk to my car took a bite and it was horrible the bun was stale and the mayo rancid I ended up throwing the $5 hotdog out it was so bad

Terrible service! I went there this evening to pick up some snacks and the workers were beyond rude! not paying attention, swearing, and ignoring customers lined up and waiting, especially "Kay". She aggressively bagged all of my items breaking most of them while also not properly wearing her mask and coughing on everything and then proceeded to give attitude when I said I didn't need a bag, that being the first word I spoke to her besides "hello". I saw her do this to several customers before me. Very disappointed from this experience!!

Might be the worst one in the city? I dont think they have been trained right. Refills cost more than regular drinks. Buy the nachos but they dont tell you there is no cheese. Hot dogs are absolutley burnt on the rollers. We have decided its more worth heading to the downtown one or the circle K off lawson.

They keep changing the good stuff. They had the best Boston cream donuts until they switched to a pudding filling. The exclusive blend coffee is also a lot lighter now.

Absolutely Terrible Service!I Was at this store at night for order pick up. No hi hello nothing and the guy who was behind the till told me rudely no order for you in his hindi language.other guy was looking at tab. I had to wait 10 mins they were just talking their own language. I don’t understand that. Finally they handed to me the order. it was terrible experience while two persons are working with no customer. Mr. Manager I believe they are your own people so train them how to give service. Thanks

Very pleasant clean environment, nice welcoming employees. one of the employee asked my cell number and registered me in 10 seconds and right away i got discount on my drinks. love it.

One of your employees asked me for ID when I was buying a 6/49 lottery ? I'm 40 years old and now I need an ID to buy a lottery? I have lived in this location for over 8 years , I guess this is it for me with this location . Pathetic.
