Horrible. Staff by the name of “Saja” made incredibly racist and degrading comments about myself whilst on the clock when other customers of the same demographic could hear. Management has yet to do anything about it.

American Eagle is a nice outfit brand. This location of the brand is in Midtown mall. The staff is here remains busy and take time to response customers calls. The customer service needs to make more customer friendly. I was there with my kids but the employees were so busy in themselves hat they ignored my call and other customers as well. The quality of their products is good. But it seems to me overpriced.

Went in today, didn’t get greeting, spent about 20 minutes in-store without any help. The two girls on shift were too busy gossiping about their personal lives(we heard the entire story) as we were shopping someone came up to us and asked BOTH OF US, if we worked there…put down the clothes and walked out afterwards.

The staff were extremely slow and unhelpful. Went to get a fitting room (store was not busy) and waited probably 10 minutes to get one. We also asked for a different size in a pair of pants and waited 15 minutes until we gave up. We also witnessed a worker ask another customer twice if they needed help finding anything (the same thing was told to the worker twice). The store was in good shape and mostly clean but overall a horrible customer service experience.
