Apex Adventure Plex Saskatoon is a popular trampoline park that offers a fun and engaging experience for all ages. Visitors can enjoy a variety of jumping activities, making it a great place for family and group outings, especially to spend quality time away from daily stress. The staff is generally cooperative and helpful, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Parking is available, and the prices are reasonable, though it's best to visit during less busy hours to make the most of the experience. The facility provides plenty of space for kids and older visitors alike, and many guests find it to be a place where they can feel like kids again. However, some concerns include the upstairs seating area, which features high bar stools that may not be suitable for seniors or those with mobility difficulties, and the presence of pay-to-use massage chairs that some people use without paying, accompanied by loud warning beeps. Additionally, cleanliness can be inconsistent, with some guests noting unclean bathrooms and the need for better staff training. Safety measures, like adding floor padding, could also improve the experience. Overall, it is a lively spot for family fun, with room for improvements.
my daughter loves this place, she kinda got stuck on the elevated area where she had to where a harness. She needed to use the washroom and started panicking so one of the employees was like a super hero. He went up, walked her through the rest of the area and was reall nice about it all. A real pro!

Apex is a great place for a birthday party on a Friday. Great service, patient & good humoured staff, and all the basics that you may have forgotten to pack. The online booking is easy and the helpful staff member that calls the day before makes for a problem free celebration.
