I just literally walked into Ardens to buy something and I wanted to change the Siz and I asked a girl who work in the fitting room she looks like Chinese or somewhere from Japan no idea but she have glasses on and some blonde hair in front of her hair, short hair, I asked her if she works here ,, if she can help me to grap me the siz I wanted and I asked her if she, she answered me like " what you think " I said what?? She Ssaid don't you see I have card on me yes I work here. I was shocked of her attitude and I get super upset I wanted to talk to supervisor and the supervisor didn't even said anything or apologies! And I wanted to talk to Manger and seems the Manger doesn't look serious in her job I just can't believe how this pple give attitude to a customer like that, I left the store and I didn't buy anything. Such a disappointment of the coworkers who work in ardens

This one star is for the manager of the store, she doesn’t know what she is doing, couldn’t figure how to do an exchange on something that I bought online and not just that she doesn’t even know how to smile and acknowledge a customer. I think she needs more behavioural and computer training.

Returned my wife’s unsuitably sized Xmas presents. The clothes were really nice and of high quality, the store was clean, bright and well organized and the return experience (with receipts) was as joyful as possible.

I ask the help of a young staff worked today evening. I call her so many times and she walk into back room without minding me. The shop even was not busy. It is very to such staff in a place like Ardene. I left the shop without buying anything.

Would not honour the price as marked on the signage. All of the items were placed under a 3/10 sign. (The entire rack of the same item not just one incorrectly placed.) I got to the counter and was told the item wasn’t 3/10. I went and grabbed another item that was clearly marked under more 3/10 signage. Again told that it was not coming up as 3 for 10. When the associate asked the manager to honour the price as marked she said “they don’t do that, we will have to move the sign.” If your signage is incorrectly placed you should be honouring the price as marked. Manager was super rude and dismissive.

The biggest Ardene's store in Saskatoon! So tons of selection and sizes! Great prices and when sales are on, you are going to get amazing deals! Mall or street access, if you don't want to have enter the mall, you can just enter from outside. Love it! Footwear, jewelry, purses, clothing...summer, workout and winter wear!
