Every time I have shopped here, I have been highly disappointed with the service, particularly in the shoe section. We have to search out someone to assist us and even then, after asking for help to find what we are looking for, staff have just left us hanging or just walked away without even answering us. Today I asked for a particular size and shoe. The sales assistant said they do not get those sizes. I had to open their website and show her the shoe is in stock, and then she said, "oh, well then it seems we do have it." This is the first negative review I have ever given, but really, this is also the worst service I have ever come across, not just once, but multiple times.

I went there today and lady was there asked me about my budget . That so rude. She was not helpful at all and only wants me to leave . Worst experiance ever .

Come here to buy a winter shoes. This shop is short staffed. On came upon here the only staff here was going for a break. Left the shop without buying anything.
