“On am extremely remiss in writing this email. On 9-11-2025, my fuel filter on my 2023 Chevy Dually expired, as my wife and I were headed to Jasper while driving from Syracuse, NY and crossing Saskatchewan. We called several Chevy dealerships, and none of them would see us that day. Ivana in the Wheaton service department was very friendly and receptive on the phone and gave us an immediate appointment. When we arrived she saw we had a camper attached, and went into the shop to ask the mechanic if he could do the work in the parking lot, so that we would not have to unhook. A few minutes later Aaron was under the truck changing the fuel filter, and had us on our way in less than an hour. Both Ivana and Aaron were wonderful to work with. If Wheaton wasn't so far from Syracuse, you would be my dealer of choice. Thank you for your wonderful service!!!”

“BOYD did a wonderful job replacing & installing the moon roof glass and mechanism for my 2023 Toyota Highlander. It was a very sophisticated job that required them to take out all of the inside fabric among other parts to be able to install it! I got my car back as new which was really amazing. “Smoked a deer pretty bad on my way to work for a two week shift and when I got back they took it in right away and it was done after 4 weeks. The work was phenomenal and the courtesy car was a great incentive.
I would have given 5 stars, but when I came to pick up my truck I found it sitting off to the in front of their compound with the windows down and the key sitting on the seat.
Other than that I’d recommend them for their work.”
“Great customer service! Had a battery that I thought might not be good. Went in for free battery test and he did a resistance test in the parking lot. Battery was still good. No upsell, just told me to come back if anything changes. Pretty young guy helping me with really good knowledge.”

They are very professional and they give one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They offered a quick fix of the body for free so I could drive without any issue before the appointment and they changed more parts than they were supposed to to make the car look newer, for free!
