“Smoked a deer pretty bad on my way to work for a two week shift and when I got back they took it in right away and it was done after 4 weeks. The work was phenomenal and the courtesy car was a great incentive.
I would have given 5 stars, but when I came to pick up my truck I found it sitting off to the in front of their compound with the windows down and the key sitting on the seat.
Other than that I’d recommend them for their work.”

“One of my go to places for auto parts. Great service. Staff are great. However, the knowledge of mechanical product questioning is lacking. Another thing I’d like to see is, like Canadian tire or other repair stores like U.S company Auto Zone. Is a selection of car brand/ models/years category where you can browse parts applicable to that model. If my truck model was in there, I’d probably be buying a lot more from them, same with others. Aside from that, I recommend this place.”

I am extremely grateful and pleased with the experience I had at Mini Saskatoon service department, not only did they get my cars sunroof covered under goodwill warranty but they also let me use the loaner mini the entire time my car was in their shop! They went above and beyond for me and I am very impressed with their work and customer service. They were kind and provided me with updates as they had them for me. I work a full time job and they were extremely accommodating when I had to arrange pick up. There were zero hidden fees, zero surprises, nothing but excellent service and honesty from Kyle and his team.
