“As a frequent shopper, I have to say Dylan is absolutely amazing every time I come in. He is always working hard, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. What really stands out is that Dylan is the only manager I ever see actually doing any work.
I’ve come in multiple times and seen other managers just sitting on the bench in the fitting room, watching their staff work while one team member is clearly overwhelmed. It’s disappointing to see managers sitting around doing nothing while their team is busy. Meanwhile, Dylan is constantly on the floor, helping customers, supporting his staff, and going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.
Dylan’s work ethic and dedication are unmatched, and it’s always a pleasure to shop when he’s there. He truly sets the standard for what a great manager should be!”

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to after the awful experience at the Saskatoon Banana Republic Factory store. The management at this store was so unwelcoming and had such attitude. They were not helpful at all and it will be a long time for me to consider going back there. Whatever happened to customer service, don’t go there if you except any.

Extremely disappointed in sizing options at BR. Very small selection and not inclusive for people who wear more than a size 10-12. One of the employees verified that most of the pant sizes do not range above a 12. This is really not keeping up with industry standards, do better!

I am from out of town. My return was about 3 weeks over due. I had about 250- 300 dollars worth of merchandise on the counter to purchase. . My return was 35 dollars . They told me they could not take the return. I unhappily took my return and walked out without a purchase. Wow. They should check their math. Shame on them.

It is a nice store, well kept and fairly organized. I find it pricey even for an outlet store, but if I can find something on clearance it is a good deal.

As i was shopping the sales guy walked up to me and said we close in three minutes. So i apologised and went across the parking lot and spent $500 at Cabelas. Banana republic doesn't mess around when it comes to closing time lol.

Banana Republic has been my go to clothing store ever since it opened this location. I have a womanly figure and polished look - which Banana Republic's clothing totally suits. Prices are reasonable. Good quality. Staff are polite and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!
