Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion and shower gel to the world's best 3-wick candles. The store always smells wonderful. Staff are described as friendly, eager, willing to help, and providing wonderful customer service, though sometimes overly chipper. Products are okay and prices are very reasonable, with desired items always available. Some note that after smelling multiple scents, it would be nice to have something like coffee beans to reset the senses. The store is a regular stop for many during city trips.
