Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion and shower gel to the world's best 3-wick candles. The store always smells wonderful. Staff are described as friendly, eager, willing to help, and providing wonderful customer service, though sometimes overly chipper. Products are okay and prices are very reasonable, with desired items always available. Some note that after smelling multiple scents, it would be nice to have something like coffee beans to reset the senses. The store is a regular stop for many during city trips.

The only thing I have to suggest is... maybe place names on the bins of every mini hand sanitizer. By that point I feel rushed and don't have time to grab read or guess the scent.

I love shopping here as the staff is very friendly and accommodating and make sure to mention all yhe instore specials
