Went in to buy a very basic laptop first location apparently didn't have any but said the other location does, went to the second location, first salesman was going to get the laptop, I waited for about 15 minutes and seen he was helping someone else out, asked another salesman who said that the laptop was a piece of junk and I shouldn't buy it, didn't try to sell me anything as I told him I only needed something basic and for mobility so he said get a chrome book, ok where are they I asked, couldn't even take the time to show me where they are and ended up helping someone else, so I left and went to staples and bought a laptop there and the salesman there explained why the basic one wouldn't be recommended but found one a little more that would give me future capabilities if I ended up using it for more than what I was planning on. All and all best buy has the laziest, no ability to sell and nothing remotely close to customer service.I will never purchase anything from best buy in the future.

A wonderful crew of associates from various departments (Customer service, checkout, and home theatre) helped me return and exchange a TV I purchased. They were so kind, patient, and personable while helping me. Great experience! Shop at this location.

Best buy? More like WORST BUY!Starting with the fact that they were not able to do an invoice, and trying to convince us that no apple retail store would be able to do so. (BTW a complete lie)The salesperson doesn't know how things work and tells you things like they won't write the invoice details due to the risk of writing the address wrong; customer service doesn't care and are not interested in helping you. Only one person tried to help but obviously gave us the wrong advice.The manager only smiled and LIED to us, telling us that they were saving the last computer for us (when the salesman showed us 8 were available). He did not know the different invoices best buy offers. He tried to convince us that we were wrong. He even tried to give us a document with no invoice validity saying that "it was more work for him, but he would do it to make us happy".In conclusion, do not go there.

The assistants were ever ready to give assistance and patient enough for you to make your choices. The Brands displayed have accessories and you can try them. They have accessories that are relevant but may not be on immediate display but can be located for purchase.

Sitting in line for over 15 minutes just to ask a simple question. They need more help. The guy trying to set up.these phones having to.keep asking his manager what to do. Get it together!!!!! Best buy...

Very bad experience.Team lead snehil should get customer service training.Refused to help me with a simple question which he even refused to listen and I confirmed with him multiple time “are you sure are you hundred percent sure you are not helping” which he said no.I had to drive to 8th location just to get a simple question answered which any Bestbuy employee could have answered.The experience deserved 0 star.Shame on you and your arrogant attitude

Ok .. it is a big store with lots of selection.Best buy is best buy .. nothing special really. Where I normally go the store is smaller and more crowded with stuff. So this store was a joy.I can really comment on how this compares with others in the city. Sorry.

Worst experience of my life, I bought Apple watch 8 series 45 mm and at day of purchasing I need starlight color but they didn’t have stock that day and best buy staff told me you buy black color on today and when starlight color will arrive you have to exchange the color.Today I went to same Best Buy Preston shop they said you have to pay Extra money for Color exchange. No Corporation with customer and I back home now without exchanging color.

Saturday June 24th I brought my computer in with a damaged charger port(which requires the geek squad). The one "geek squader" and two customer service reps were busy with the person in front of me. Fair enough. When she was free the "geek squader" approached me. I wish I had asked her name so I could name her here (and I can't make out the spelling on the service order and I don't want to butcher it..). I just want to say that she was excellent handling my computer repair issue. She went over the next steps and answered my questions realistically and professionally. There was a couple waiting behind me but I didn't feel rushed and she had a calm demeanor. We parted with a smile, like I wasn't just another customer. Look from experience I know customer service can be challenging at times so I gotta acknowledge this woman and her approach.

Employee whose name was Hilgrid , was very rude to me and would not answer the questions that I had without attitude and didn't give clear answers. She even kept raising her voice and talking over me when I was trying to talk. Overall very very rude and poor customer service. I was very unsatisfied

I wanted a portable dishwasher so I called at Preston Store, they finalized the deal.When the dishwasher was delivered yesterday only then we realized that Best Buy cheated us. People buy things in 2023 with an expectation that at least the item will be at least of the same year. It was shocking to note that delivered dishwasher was perhaps 3-5 years old model. It doesn’t have features that are in older models. Besides, this the dishwasher doesn’t even work properly.One has to be very careful in dealing with Best Buy - they may cheat you!Hashim

Preston Crossing Best Buy staff were amazing. Hina and Sanjay and Ashraf helped us pick out a new lap top and washer and dryer. They all were so helpful and kind in answering all our questions they really gave great customer service. Thank you to your family like team at this store. Highly recommend. Jason

Very rude behavior by one of the sales persons (probably Bangladeshi) of this Preston Branch. I was asking some questions regarding cell phones while he was busy with another customer (which I was not aware of) , he responded me in a harsh manner in front of that customer and stopped me in a very insulting way. I though Besy Buy atleast trained their people how to talk with customer. Now, whenever I am thinking of buying something from Best buy, that incident comes to my mind first.

Came in to buy a video game that was supposed to be in stock. Ended up they didn’t have any but were getting more shipped in. I asked to place an order and have it reserved when it arrives and they told me that since I was ordering it, I would have to pay shipping fees. Why am I paying for shipping fees for you to restock your own store? it was like $8-10 in shipping fees too. Almost as much as the game itself.

Went in to buy some smart devices for my home, they came up a different price then the tag that was listed under them, when I brought this up,manager told me that a customer must have put them there even though they were stocked nicely, and wouldn't give me the price listed. He then proceed to go over to the location and then had to be change the whole display around because none of the products had the right tags.Edit as they responded: I already contacted you guys and the rep tolde it's not their fault that the display was completely incorrect. Basically told me there's nothing they can do. Poor customer service, won't be shopping again
