Updated: now is the 5th time. Apparently it's a tower of escalation for me. I wonder how many levels there is?? I ordered a gaming chair thru their website. Read the return policy because it was a Christmas gift. Tried contacting seller and it would not work. Contacted best buy 4 times to get help and they just kept telling me they have escalated it. If you want a run around and no actual real customer service buy from their site. You will just get a run around and loose $300.00! Will no longer support this business.

Wish I could give zero stars. We ordered a PS5 on Dec 10. The website FAILED to tell us they can't deliver to a PO box, instead of just fixing the problem it has been a month of calling over and over with NO results. Still have not received a product and they refuse to cancel and refund us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Boo-urns!!! Really disappointing customer service and uninformed about the deals available for cell phones directly through the carriers. Seemed like they cared more about impressing their coworkers than their customers. Deeply disappointing, would rather purchase online than have to enter this chaotic hellscape again.

My card was overcharged twice for an online order I placed. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store. The customer service here is horrible. I asked for a call back and my phone only rang once before they hung up.

It was an excellent experience at Best Buy. The team from Mobile section (Smit Patel, Mohammad Ali and Krina) helped us understand the deals and suggested the best deal for us. Smit has always been of great help every time we visited the store.

I recently visited Best Buy, and overall the experience was fairly average . The store itself was clean, bright, and well-organized, which made it easy to navigate the aisles and find the general section I was looking for . Product selection seemed decent, with a good range of common electronics and accessories, although a few specific items I had in mind were either out of stock or hard to locate without assistance .
Customer service was okay but not particularly memorable . It took a bit longer than expected to get someone’s attention, and I had to look around for an employee rather than being approached proactively . Once I did get help, the staff member was polite, answered my basic questions, and seemed reasonably knowledgeable about the products I asked about . There was no rudeness or major issue, but nothing went above and beyond either .
Checkout was straightforward, and the line moved at a normal pace . Overall, it was a decent, middle-of-the-road shopping trip: not bad, but not impressive enough that I would go out of my way to return unless it was convenient or they had a specific deal I needed .

Why have products on the shelves, to wait in line, get to the till and be told there's none in stock? Remove them off the shelves? Then not be offered any kind of ordering options. Just a blank look on the cashier's face.

Customer service is garbage here. They treat you like the plague around the store and barely give you any form of help. At the till the woman didn't even speak to me, slid my receipt accross the counter and literally walked away. No thank you, no goodbye, no nothing.
Maybe they should hire a new Store manager that actually trains the team to show some respect. Don't bother leaving your copy & paste responses either.
