The lady helping me find jeans today was so wonderful! She was heading home for the day but stayed back to help me! She knew exactly what I was looking for (even when I didn’t). 10/10 service, 10/10 price on jeans (buy one get one 70% off)! Cannot recommend enough!

I dont usually complain because I know it’s a challenge to get staff but it seems every single time I go to the midtown bootlegger the customer service is terrible. On Sunday we waited in a lineup for a very long time with only one person on the til and another staff wandering around folding sweaters, etc . One man finally spoke up and voiced his frustration so the other staff finally came and opened the other till. It seems to get worse every time I go there.

I'm in my 50s and it looks as good on me as it does by university age daughter, for whom I also bought one in black.
Fit true to size. A real size large, not tight in the middle or hips like so many on line brands. Lots of pockets. Look real nice.

I went shopping at midtown mall yesterday. This is only store that actually acknowledged my existence, and tried to help my find what I was looking for. Even though I wasn’t spending a lot the staff that was there made sure my experience was nothing short of amazing.

Staff is very helpful and very kind. They went above and beyond. Only negative is prices are a bit more pricey than similar stores. However, they are good quality.
