I wish I got the ladies name at the store! She is a mature lady with shorter hair and my goodness she KNOWS her job! She took the time to fit me properly and I have very messed up feet! She asked me lots of questions about what where I run and how far and she got me on the road again!! Thank you thank you, you have earned a life time customer! My only suggestion is to put their names on the bill so we can leave their name on the Google review! Superior customer service!

We discovered Brainsport and have not looked back since. My husband had a pair of New Balance shoes he wanted to try so ordered and had them delivered as we don’t live in Saskatoon. In about a month the soles started to pull away from the shoe. After calling I took pictures and sent them to Matthew at Brainsport. It was covered under warranty and within a week a new pair was shipped to us.
We have dealt directly with staff in the store as well and have come away completely satisfied. The staff are very knowledgeable and he especially likes Ali.

This place is the best shoe store in Saskatoon!!
All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Alana. She was so patient with me in my search for the perfect shoe. Love the selection of On's and Hoka shoes.

Really happy with my experience at Brainsport! I had Donna fit me for shoes. She chose some shoes for me to try on and the 3rd pair was a perfect fit. I was in and out of the store with a pair of shoes in less than 20 min!

I ran into a manufacturing defect with some shoes I got almost a year ago and Sid was super amazing to deal with! He was very friendly and professional and made the entire process super easy. Took about 4 minutes in the store and I walked out with a brand new pair. Thanks Brainsport! Great customer service :)

Went in looking for men’s ghost 15s and was helped by a young lady who brought out ghost 16s saying 15s were no longer available . I found them online though and the other lady said once the new ones are out they quit making the old ones and if I can find them online I should buy them . She was right they did quit making them you can find some but not all sizes . And I refuse to buy anything online the service was great they’re honest quick exceptional quality customer service and I gladly took the ghost 16s . Most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever worn . Thanks lady’s I’ll be back ?
