I went to your tire services to inquire about winter tires and approached the staff for assistance. The first Indian guy I spoke with was helpful and provided me with a quote. But after he left, I had more questions, so I got back in line to ask about the tire features. When I approached another staff member, “Namshi,” he rudely told me, “It’s on the wall!”
I explained that I didn’t know which tire I was looking for, but he just made a face and pointed to the wall, saying, “This is the tire,” before leaving me there without any further explanation. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unapproachable.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Canadian Tire. Namshi is clearly not suited for your team and is tarnishing your company’s reputation among loyal customers. I hope immediate disciplinary action is taken regarding his conduct.

Mark was so helpful, I genuinely know nothing about cars and needed help with oil + filter (pretty basic but not for me lol), he was so patient and didn’t make me feel stupid for having no clue. Thank you!

Great service. Got my tires swapped over the weekend. Caleb the Manager personally called 10 minutes before estimated time of completion to confirm my vehicle was ready for pickup. Keep it up!

This store usually has plenty of stock and the people there are very friendly. I tend to visit here every couple of weeks for work errands and it's usually quick to find what I need and check out.

Good place for all products, more than auto accessories. Customer service is good, but only few employees working at the time. Always need to spend time to find an employee to ask something about.

The store is very compact, all aisles are closely packed and insufficient lighting. Especially the top shelf aisles are very tightly packed and dark. I have hard time reading labels. And often multiple person cannot shop at same aisles due to insufficient spacing.The store needs mega renovation and more spreadout. Good collection of products

My husband ordered brake pads and caliper for our Soul on line. He picked everything up Thursday, asked me to return the casting on Monday morning as he had changed everything over the weekend. I arrived at Canadian Tire Preston just after 12, stopped at Auto, who sent me to Customer Service. No lineup, so straight to a till. My old part was in the original box, with the receipt taped on the box by Auto. Customer Service lady looked at my box, said it didn't have the correct receipt and she wouldn't take it back. I argued it had Canadian Tire Preston on it, dated the previous Thursday, showed the 3 parts for a $279 total. Again, no she wasn't taking it back. I said I wanted to get my money back. She had a conversation with another Customer Service employee in their own language, brought me back a 8 1/2x11 Canadian Tire, held it up to my face and said if I didn't have a receipt that looked so like this,she wasn't going to give me a refund. So, I called my husband long distance, to ask if he had another receipt, to which he said, no, that was the only receipt he had from Auto, and they had taped it on the original box. Then my customer service person decided to call someone from Auto to Customer Service because I wouldn't take no for an answer. By that time, another person had come to Customer service, scanned my box, then Auto arrived, and okayed the return. Got the return, and I wrote it was unhappy with the service right on the return. She's wishes me a nice day, I leave, still angry and frustrated. I called Canadian Tire to complain about the complete waste of my time, only to get a speel about her being new,she understands my frustration, didn't know I had been having a disagreement at the desk, maybe there needs to be more training, she'll talk to the Customer Service manager, none of it made me more likely to go back to Canadian Tire Preston Crossing.
