Canlan needs to get someone who knows how to maintain ice. Both Jemini and Agriplace have terrible ice. I have no idea why it’s so much worse than every other rink in Saskatoon. It’s soft and carved up even after a flood. The corners are worse every year but the worst part is how the ice doesn’t bind together, when you turn hard the ice kind of blows out under your blades and causes deep ruts that are too deep for the Zamboni to be effective. We joke that they use toilet water. When I’m picking up ice, Canlan arenas are the last place I consider when getting ice for practices.

Busy busy south one had adequate parking but next to no parking at the north one

If your going to serve alcohol in the morning you should have your food being served as well.. terrible parking have to wait for food
