“I made my reservation thru Expedia. The rate was better than booking directly with Enterprise and the daily insurance was also less expensive. My reservation was at the Saskatoon Airport. I did have to wait about 45 min for my vehicle. The 2 agents I encountered were very polite and helpful. A minus, was it was very cold, below zero Fahrenheit, and I had to haul my big suitcase, my carryon and my personal bag thru the snow to get to my vehicle. The return was easy as I just parked the car and dropped the keys in the return slot. By the time I reached Minneapolis, I had an email acknowledgement and the receipt.
I was upgraded to a larger SUV which came in handy since I was driving in snow for the first time in many years. We don't all drive brand new vehicles and there were some challenging moments with controls, the rear hatch and even starting the car!
I would suggest a laminated one page with simple basic operating suggestions for features on the vehicle.
I had rented from Enterprise before and over all I was happy with my experience.”
