We normally buy from this location but every time staff and service is disaster . We bought cloths with 300$ and went next week to replace a size and notice a sale asked the staff member about price adjustment she said we need tags to adjust price. We left and check their policy which required only original receipts went back same day told the same staff that this is your policy and she start processing the price adjustment. Nice try. Before this in our last visit their Manger was rude and don't want to return faulty item after 20 min of arguments she return with rude behaviour. I check their review and almost every second comment is about staff and management. No doubt this location will lose significant business.

We always have the best customer service at this store and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products. The clothes are very good quality and the store is always nice and clean. Can’t complain.

Lots of great clothing options for all ages! I like the feel of the clothing here and the pricing is great. They often have clearance or discounted items. The multi packs of onesies for babies are the best.

Came in the store and asked sales person if they have 5.5 - 6 size kids shoes as I've seen them on the website. Second sales person comes and they both said no, we have only babies size 2-3 but there is a shoe store next to us.I walked around the store and found at least 10 different kids shoes sizes 5 - 10. Huge selection. Bought a pair which was on sale.DISASTER customer service. Management should review who works at this store as they have no idea what they are selling or doing

I love this place. They have great prices and huge selection of new born and children's clothing. I was certainly disappointed in the staff working. They were to busy visiting and didn't great us as we entered the store. And they were right at the front. When I asked for assistance, the one that helped , seemed to be put out because we interrupted. When we went to purchase the items, again she was quite rude.I recommend going to the store in Stonebridge. The staff there are always friendly and ready and willing to help.

This is our go-to place for our toddler's clothing. They have pretty designs, and often you will get great prices on sale items. It is highly recommended.

I had a pick up order from them and when we went to pick it up they forgot one parcel and when I called them about that one piece the manager Elisha very rude, not accepting their mistake or trying to make up their mistakes by free shipping or even apologizing, not recommend this store.
