Kara one of the staffwas so rude and never had an experience like this before, so pathetic. She was making fun of my son who is only 2 year old and very rude at us. We also pay when we buy stuffs not getting anything for free. So pls respect individual not based on their skin color. I visited other shops of Carter's oshkosh had a very good experience.

I visited once to return gift items, and the salespeople were not particularly helpful. They were confused by a basic gift return, and were unable to provide a gift card with the amount because they didn’t have any in stock. Instead of giving me cash, as they should have, I had to choose items to exchange at that time instead.

Store is bright & well lit. Staff are always nice. Lots of cute clothing. I find carters brand to be better quality compared to other children’s clothing of similar style. Just wish that Carters would carry more of the sales in store that they often seem to have online.

I would say 0 review customer service today I went the store with my 3yrs doughter ND my mom ,my doughter did insist to me take of toy from cover ND we continued shopping around in store but after few minutes sales lady came to my mom ND she was thinking we are going to steal toy so my question to store Owener how she knew we are not going to pay ,but we are still shopping ND we are not leaving store without pay clothes amount,toy ND other old lady also talk to me very rudely so please don't judge to anybody based skin color ,I'm not shopping in future from this location

This is my experience. I wanted to share it... Is not the first time we visit this store and they treat me and my family like if we are stealing. Every time we go we spend around $175 dollars, which I consider a lot but is not about money. Is about the horrible customer service we've experienced. My son had an accident and we had to buy clothing. We've purchased first the item, and we asked the cashier if we could use the dress room. So we went to dress room and the cashier opened the door and told the other co worker to watch us. They treated like if we were stealing. Come on? After buying!? That is not fair.... I've worked in retail and i've never treated customers like that, nl natter how they look or what they speak or how. I like Carter's but I did not like what they did to us. I hope my experience help others and they hired sensitive staff. Thank you

I’m so disappointed about my shopping today at Carter’s Oshkosh #454 at Saskatoon, 3011 Clarence ave south, s7T0B4. I wanted to buy 5 items. 3 items did not have the same price as the website. when I turned to the cashiers they started yelling at me why I look at the prices on the website if I am in a store. the product on the site was the same color and size as in the store but at a discount.. I said that I would call the service and they quickly corrected the prices. this situation is not the first time. but before at least they apologized. I am stressed and very distressed, I have to tell about it
