He really understood what we were looking for and when “the one” was listed, he immediately called to ensure we had seen it on the website, made sure we had a viewing right away and when we were ready, submitted our offer without delay. He was knowledgeable about features and mechanics and recommended excellent inspectors and subcontractors. Throughout the entire process he was pleasant and courteous; had our best interests in mind; and always made the time and had the knowledge to answer our numerous questions. I can’t think of how any realtor could have been better and I can’t imagine how we would have managed to find and buy our wonderful condo without him.

Chris helped me sell my home and purchase a condo in this past year. Chris took the time to fully understand my needs. And, I really appreciated that he was willing to talk me out of some properties - even if it would have meant a quicker sale for him. He knows the market and what would have been unsatisfactory to me - even if I wasn't aware of those things myself.He also ensured that the move was successful after the sales were completed.
