Worst service. 3 times my wife went for renval of transport pass.all the three time just given a worst experience. Every time different person are there .even after showing the bill employee calls owner and many people to get it resolved. Worst experience never recommend

The staff there suck! They just smile while ripping you off! Like this one guy bought a card there and it didn't work They told him to come back the next day cause it was night time and they still wouldn't help him. Same thing happened too me yesterday bought a 100 dollar lucky mobile card and it doesn't work went back there 3 times cause he said he'd help. Still didn't help or exchange for a new one at least! They even have people asking for smokes and drugs outside there store like gross. Never going there again! Even made me pay for another dount that fell on the ground after he told me I could just get a new one and didn't have to pay for it.

useless employees during the night hours, made me wait outside for 15 minutes cause he went in the washroom before he was helping the customer before me. and when I was gonna order a pack of smokes he told me he's debit machine wasn't working. like come on get better employees that will do there job instead of wasting some of our times!!!! ffs man

Store doors are usually locked with a "window service only" but they never come to the service window. Staff has no idea what you're asking for when it comes to vuse pods. This circle k is the absolute worst in Saskatoon.

Purchased a medium Froster and a bag of chips for a movie night and right after I paid, I saw that the clerk had rung in the drink as a large. I asked why he was charging for a large when it was clearly a medium. He said "Oh?" and then proceeded to hit keys on the keyboard for a few seconds, as if he was correcting something, but nothing was happening on the register or screen. After a little while longer of me waiting for an explanation or apology with a refund, he just stared at me. I asked again, why I was being charged for a large instead of a medium, and he said, "What?" and gave me a blank stare. He then proceeded to ask me to move so he could help the next customer. NOT IMPRESSED.I would not go here again, since it seems like they have workers skimming money off the customers by charging them for larger items. Next time this happens I will just call the police or manager during the day. Watch the cash register screen as they are ringing items in!
