I tried using my Co-op car wash subscription for the first time today, but I couldn’t wash my car at all. Most stations were overcrowded, and many had only one working lane while the other was closed. The lines had more than 20 cars, and several stations even closed early—hours before the posted closing time. I ended up wasting over four hours driving from station to station, using fuel and adding mileage, without getting any service. My subscription provided no value today, and the experience was very disappointing

It was such a pleasure meeting Mike and his team today at Preston Co-op. When a team is this good, it speaks volumes about the person leading them. Mike’s leadership shows in every smile, every interaction. It’s because of him and his incredible team that we’ve made Preston Co-op a part of our lives for the past six years. Not a single drop of gas goes into our machines that isn’t from Co-op—and Preston Co-op remains our absolute favorite. Truly the best of all Co-ops.

Nate and Destiny were both more than helpful today. I couldn’t thank them more.
Thank you to the lady that was outside while Nate was helping me fill my tires up. She (whose name I didn’t get 🥺) chatted with me and brought my spirits up like we were old friends. Super great group at your gas station 100% !!

Waited over an hour for a half-decent car wash. It takes 8 min per car and you have to go inside first to pay. Are they trying to get customers to burn through gas in line, or are they just inconsiderate of people’s time?
Won’t be returning - and I highly recommend Pristine car wash if you’re in Sutherland.

Car wash review: at least one wash bay is always closed, backing up the queue. Lots of cost cutting, the washer is programmed purposefully to keep low water pressure, less foam/wax and spotless dryer is useless

Went to have a propane tank filled and no one was able to do it. Wasn’t that impressed considering there were 3-4 people working.

2 very poor car washes one in each bay $32 wasted I did report it.

Service was fast & efficient; however, one bay was down, which didn't help the line. The wash itself is fast and the location convenient for shoppers...plus they have slushes for hot days.

Pretty run of the mill gas station. They always ask me if I have a co op number and I say "I do" but then I refuse to give it to them because I like to have control and power. My psychologist says it's something I need to work on. I told him I'll work on it when he stops giving me such bad advice.
