“I go there to eat visit with the staff and get my laptop charged. I'd shower there, but with my back the pressure coming from those well put me on my knees as soon as the shower touches my back. Excruciating pain. I still have yet to do my laundry there. There has to be somewhere I'm able to bath? and not have to deal with a shower head.”

“I found the staff to be helpful and professional. Some might not recognize this, but I'm very aware how difficult their job is here.It can't be easy helping people that are feeling desperate in their life, and as if nobody cares about them, or their well being. I believe the staff of Salvation Army do care. Thank you all.”

“I like the idea of this store, and some sections seemed to have loads of stuff.
I was looking for some used plumbing items (taps) and while they had countless old sinks, nothing for taps except some new in box. It's worth a trip, but hit and miss in terms of finding what you need.”
“We moved from Vancouver Island a couple of years ago, to a rural community south of Swift Current. We have to travel to Saskatoon often and have become very thankful for this Value Village. The huge selection of quality used clothing and footwear has made a big difference when it comes to shopping for the children. The prices here are far better than they were at our Value Villages on Vancouver Island and I can always find brand name clothing for the whole family.”
“Exceptional Support for Newcomers at IWS, Highlighted by Tayyaba's Expertise
I recently completed my newcomer needs assessment and wanted to commend the International Women of Saskatoon (IWS) for their truly essential services.
My experience was made particularly positive thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Tayyaba. Her support and counsel throughout the entire assessment were transformative. Tayyaba impressed me immediately with her remarkable patience, kindness, and depth of knowledge. She demonstrated a genuine commitment to understanding my specific history and circumstances, carefully absorbing my concerns before offering advice.
The guidance she delivered was precise and perfectly adapted to my unique situation. Tayyaba's detailed recommendations and enthusiastic encouragement instilled a great sense of confidence and assurance as I navigate this significant phase of settling in Canada.
The impact of IWS's work is undeniable, and dedicated professionals like Tayyaba are the reason they are so successful. Thank you again to Tayyaba and IWS for the outstanding level of care and professionalism!.”
