“Had my iPhone battery and charge port/microphone replaced by Dan, the certified Apple tech at this location. When I went in initially he quickly diagnosed the microphone with a special test stand device, confirming the bottom left mic was non functional. I never knew a test device like this existed, and my previous visit to London Drugs only resulted in a lot of head scratching, hmmms and huhs, and no confidence. They were no help. Dan provided absolutely seamless professional service, genuine Apple parts, and quick turn around. My passcode wasn’t needed, didn’t have to wipe out/reset the phone, or even lose my screen protector. Totally pleased and highly recommend the Apple service desk at this Sasktel location in Saskatoon. And I’m even a Telus customer, didn’t matter!”

“I got my pc and monitor originally from here- I had a great girl (possibly Victoria??) help me out with what I needed to get started.

I went back today to get a second monitor and some speakers. The worker was named Anthony and he was super helpful with what I wanted and needed preference wise. He showed me my options and explained the differences in quality I would see.

Also it might not be a thing a lot of people think about- but as a girl I really appreciated the fact he spoke to me personally and didn’t aim his questions at my boyfriend who was with me (which happens more than you think). He did this even when I told him I wasn’t sure about things and cared a lot about esthetics.

Give this man a raise and treat him right! He’s a good employee/person.”
