Had an amazing experience at this branch. Chris was very helpful, and listened to all of my needs and wants. I met with him yesterday at 2pm and by 11am today, he was able to get the task completed ( and trust me, the task wasn’t easy or quick). I will be coming back to see Chris in the future as he made the experience pleasant and easy!

Loan application was taking 2-3 weeks, regardless of situation, should not have taken this long.
I have more than enough rrsp to cover an entire loan I’ve been trying to get.
Was a complete waste of my time and requested too many times for t4, pay stubs etc.
Was asked for certain ones as I already provided previously.
Absolutely will not be getting a loan from connexus.

I have no idea how to rate this place, on one side I got an amazing impression for a very young teller she really made me feel she was concern and interested on me. Unfortunately I went looking for an advisor that said "I will send an email, and she never did" and "I will call you tomorrow, and tomorrow never came"But If you are concerned, have some distress or really need help.... This is NOT the place

I bank with Conexus but what I really like about this location is the ease of the drive through ATM. Also I noticed the new ATM inside that lets you deposit money without an envelope and even counts the money for you which makes the entire process of depositing money flawlessly.

sometimes long lineup of customers and only one till open >>>> NO IMPROVMENT AT ALL as on oct 18-2021 @ 1:30PM I need teller service > One guy is working at till,, 3 other stalls are EMPTY >> I WAIT + WAIT,, that guy tells me TWICE that it'll "be a minute" BY the time a woman FINALLY comes out from "somewhere" there is 3 other people lined up behind me, WAITING Customer service here is NON-EXISTENT
