If you’ve never had the pleasure of dealing with Jen at creata, let me rave very briefly! She is so kind, attentive, and generally easy to talk to when you’re visiting. All of the staff are knowledgeable on product, but she really stands out as she goes above and beyond on both my online and in store shopping.
