My daughter has a little 2 seater Smart Car, needed breaks and muffler and we took it to this company for them to tell us what's wrong and how much to I fix it. He. Sent me back an email with some fancy wording on it and pictures of the breaks all apart with arrows showing the problems. In this em as il it says cost of repairs $600. No where on this email does it say $ 600 " diagnostic" costs. So fair to say I understand in this the price he's quoting for the work. He cal look a on the phone and says he'll check, why the car had to be pulled over because no of mechanical failure. Then he says he'll let me know the cost once he finds out what the problem is. Next I get a call that the bill is $ 600. For diagnostics to see what's wrong with it and he brags about how he has a recording of our phone conversation. Nowhere did he tell me nor my daughter that the diagnostic costs are $600. This is fraud and I will report it to the better business bureau. He's a con and insisted on arguing with me in his office in front of the receptionist. Unless you plan on getting cheated don't go there. This matter will be going to small claims court for a refund. We can't have people like him in business in Saskatoon. I told him he's making a mistake because word travels fast and he's going cause harm to his business cheering people. To this his reply that was, "there's nothing that you can do to me that's going to harm my business. To that, note to self my mistake I should have looked at all the other reviews that say a lot of cheating deals have gone on with this company. Look before you keep, especially with Crestview Auto Service. Customers that will never go back to his business.

So happy to have Crestview right down the street from me.
They have serviced my 2019 X3 for the last few years (various maintenance items, a new windshield, anything tire related) and I have consistently been satisfied with their work.
They also do my winter/summer tire swap each year, storing my off season tires there on site for a VERY reasonable cost. Chris and all the other employees I have encountered at Crestview have been kind and competent. Lastly, my car is always really clean when I pick it up from service. This is the cherry on top :D
I wholeheartedly recommend Crestview Auto Service.
