Purchased lots of candy and treats for Valentine’s Day, and everything I purchased was old and stale. When eaten you can tell that they’ve been on those shelves for well over a month. GROSS and very dissatisfied.

Worst Dollarama on the East Side, easily. Lots of products have no price visible on the shelf or the product, leaving you to decide at the till if you want it. It's always the over-priced items people would never buy that conveniently have no price.

No customer service. Be aware if you buy gift card here that does not work. No one is going to help you out although you paid for the gift card and it is Dollarrama’s issue for selling invalid gift card! Went back to the store multiple times and they just don’t care! Not honurable business!

I was overcharged for items that were accidentally scanned twice, by an employer at the regular till area - an employer that I had to track down and ask for assistance from instead of using a self checkout because I had quite a few items that wouldn’t fit on the weigh scale - and instead of apologizing and correcting the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do because I paid for the items before noticing extras on my receipt… so watch closely if you are shopping at this location! They wouldn’t even give me a number to call the manager later, as there wasn’t one working at the store while I was there. If things were actually a dollar or two it wouldn’t be so annoying but I got larger items that could clearly be seen on camera and counted accurately to see I was overcharged…
