Popped in while visiting family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Was wowed by this lovely destination greenhouse. Tons of hostess gift ideas, nice nursery, clothing looked so beautiful, and a super indoor plants section.

Took my students to the Pumpkin Maze. Amazing changes this year! I loved the new coat racks so we didn't have to pile up our coats on a table. Plenty of options for group photos. The haybales were intact - perhaps because we went so early in the season? Regardless, the new set up was great! Most of all, I appreciated that the place wasn't overbooked. We got to enjoy the space with our class and another small group. Keep up the good work!

Plant solutions employees are incompetent and sold me product that didn’t work. The two owners, Nicki and Jill are rude and refuse to give me a refund on the product. They couldn’t answer my questions about black fire beetles either. No wonder there are hardly any people shopping in their store since their mom and dad retired. The store has severely gone down hill.

Worst ever seen customer service .
Do not waste your time and money with them.
I bought a bunch of plants and in less than 5 days , one of them died and when I took back to return ,they did not accept to refund or replace it although they say they give one year warranty .
for the refunds , they do not credit you back and will give a gift card to make you buy from them again.
