This store definitely makes a regular sized person feel unwelcome and fat... as does the staff... saw them so welcoming and nice to other customers, but when I asked for a change room, got side eyed...

I had a great experience at Dynamite today. I believe the woman who helped me was Akadia - I bought the pink square neck satin dress and she was super helpful with picking out the right dress for my date. She even steamed the dress and wrapped it in a bag for me to avoid wrinkling. This place always has the perfect outfits for any occasion, I will be recommending it to all my friends.

I shop at Dynamite quite frequently. The quality is worth the price. The customer service there is phenomenal! Especially Amy! She takes the time to make sure everything works for you and is overall amazing at her job :)

I was there with my mom on Sunday to buy dresses. We were totally ignored as we tried to select the dresses we wanted. Just when we were about to get to the till, a staff member asked if we had tried the dresses and we said no. At the till, the cashier asked who had served us, we said no one and she looked very shocked. She asked us again and we told her no one had helped us. We could see staff walking up and down the store but we were ignored. We spent almost $200 at a store with no regards for its customers. It was my first time at the store and would definitely be my last. I can't speak to the quality of the dresses - time will tell.

It amazes me that there are any bad reviews about the customer service here because the ladies that helped me we’re all wonderful! They were so quick to ask what I was looking for and found me the perfect dress for a special occasion. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I had the pleasure of dealing with two nice ladies but my concern is your changing room lighting. It is so horrendous, it’s super harsh above your head, orange and brings out every shadow on your body. My sister bought a romper and took it home and felt much prettier there. Everytime I go in your change room I hate myself LOL. I told other people and they all seemed to agree. The clothes are super cute but your change room makes me not want to buy them bc I don’t know how they look in normal lighting.

Sizes didn’t work for me. Nothing that couldn’t solve taking a bigger one. Prices are maybe a little expensive although there are frequent offers. Staff was nice, I forgot my phone there and they gave it back to me as soon as they noticed. Thank you for that!

Horrible experience! Horrendous!!! Unbelievable. You have some of the rudest most disrespectful staff I’ve ever come across. A simple return is all we had and we were spoken to and treated like we were garbage. Rude, snotty, disrespectful and an unbelievable attitude from the sales person that helped us andsbe couldn’t even do the return properly as the money never went back into my account. We will never step foot in this store again.

I have been a big supporter of this company for years. I recently spent just under $100 there. However, the jeans I bought ended up stretching out two sizes. I originally didn't need a belt and now they completely sag. I took them to the store to exchange. In the middle of exchanging with a worker the manager interrupted and told me she cannot exchange them because I had brought the tags but they were no longer attached. I explained that they were still good as new. She checked them over and said "well...I'm still not exchanging them because it's been way too long". However, I had only bought them a week ago! She had an attitude, was not apologetic, and she glared at me until I left the store. I felt embarrassed and offended. There were much nicer ways to go about this conversation, absolutely horrible customer service. Will not shop there again, very disappointed as I love their clothing but this is the first time I have felt upset leaving a store.

I used to love this store because Of the style and quality. Now, they charge CRAZY prices for clothes that feel like they belong in a giant tiger.
Furthermore, the store in midtown mall Saskatoon is atrocious. None of the clothes were steamed so they were filled with wrinkles from shipment. Some clothes even had deodorant stains on them from people trying them on, which is absolutely DISGUSTING. I was never offered help or greeted at the store, being completely ignored the entire time. No one asked if I was doing alright for sizes or anything when I tried on clothes. I will probably never go to that store again.
