The people at Next Level were very kind and professional going the extra mile to fix my console. “Pros: Extremely efficient service—my Samsung TV part was ordered and installed within about a week. Pricing was very reasonable compared to buying a new TV, and the home service was punctual with excellent customer support.
Cons: Limited online presence—during a holiday there was no information about their hours, which led me to drive to their location only to find out they were closed. Lastly, they are closed during weekends.”
