After many visits to this business over the last several years (originally Goodall Rubber, then Erik's Industrial, now LGG) I am pleased to say that my overall experience as a customer has been very positive. Staff are friendly and eager to help, prices are competitive. Although they stock an impressive variety of rubber products, hoses, and hose fittings, they do not always have exactly what I need, but they are almost always able to procure the correct item within a few days. I do not hesitate to recommend this business.

To be honest, I'm very out of my depth when it comes to this sort of stuff, the staff here were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going to see them. I believe the gentleman I was talking with was the manager and he recommended something that I needed and he was able to work through my description to get exactly what I needed! 100% recommend!!
