Staff was incredibly rude. From the product I recieved I suspect the lady making my pita has never eaten one herself. Pita was very stale and crumbled away into a soggy little pile of toppings. Absolute mess.

Server was slow and wasn’t happy when we asked her to add siracha before wrapping our falafel. She did add it while rolling her eyes and had a deep breath. We are sorry you have to work at that time. We will never go back there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Worst pita i ever had..they were so much busy in giving free pita to one of their friend and i diidnt got the one i asked which is not good because i paid for i m mot getting it for free. please dont eat their pita...the girl told me they cant grill it which is a lie they just dont wana do it...owner needs new staff and their flafal was expired tastes very bad........Repyling to your comment - i asked your employee to grill my pita when she was packing it up for dine in so dont lie that i asked to grill it when i had a bite.secondly - i paid for my food i didnt got it for free, as one of your employee was giving it free to her friend. and as far i know you cant hear conversation in cctv footage.lastly you guys should visit pita place on 8th street and cumberland to see how to make real pitaa...and i requested your emplyee 3 times to put dressing on my pitaa and she didnt. please dont lie

Maybe if the women that worked here weren’t so hit or miss with their moods it would be a more enjoyable experience ordering from here. Consistently have the women rolling their eyes or getting frustrated when you asked for something not to be in the pita but they forgot? They never smile or seem happy to be in customer service. It’s wild cause I work in the mall and if I honestly didn’t love the food I would never come here, but only so many options in the mall.

Taste-wise, it was not bad (for both) but would’ve been better if the portion was bigger. I’ve been to other locations and the Chicken Caesar pita was so nice and big; I was easily full from just one. The size of this location is the equivalent of a small from other locations. I did appreciate the cashier letting me change the Parmesan to cheddar with no extra charge. My boyfriend got the meat lovers pressed pita and it wasn’t filling at all. As he said, it was more of a $8 meal rather than $12 :/

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I work at midtown mall and I am regular at the food court and extreme pita. I received an item different from what I ordered. The cashier took the order correctly but the employee who prepared mixed it up with another order. I understand mistakes happen so, I went back to the restaurant to politely explain what happened and get what I ordered but the Manager I believe her name is TJay refused to even acknowledge the mistake and kept arguing for 15 min. straight. I don't understand why someone with so much arrogance and attitude would be promoted to a key managerial position. Just because of this incident I have stopped going to extreme pita. TJay should be let go or else she will ruin what is left of the restaurant business during this difficult covid time.
