I am already an F45 convert and came to Stonebridge for a drop-in class while travelling. The vibe here was super fun. Evan is a great and welcoming trainer. It’s so great to be able to continue my workout schedule away from home!

Really friendly and knowledgeable trainers. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident, including giving you that extra push you need to make the work out more challenging or providing modifications to meet you where you are. I would 100% recommend.

Such a fun and welcoming gym! The trainers are awesome and always pushing everyone to do there best. The workouts are fun, challenging, and go by so quickly. Such a great community!
