“I started out by coming on a “bring a friend day”. My impressions of cross fit had always been that it’s only for people that are in shape, full of body builders, and the movements would be far beyond my capabilities. Boy was I wrong! The motto here is “Community above all else” and it really shows. I felt welcome right from the moment I walked in and continue to feel welcome and supported no matter what day or time I show up. The coaching is excellent and movements are always scaled to your personal ability and designed to keep you on the road to improvement. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship with CrossFit 306!”

“What can I say, this gym is awesome with a friendly family atmosphere . I have been a member for 3 years and am about to turn 70 and had never done weight training or gymnastics. It is great to workout in a welcoming atmosphere with athletes of a wide range of fitness and skill level and feel welcome. From the Foundations classes to the daily programming the coaches are knowledgeable, skilled, encouraging and friendly, addressing you by name, providing you with feedback. The workouts are continually changing and always challenging including mobility, flexibility to go with the strength training. I can now squat with my butt lower than my knees. Scaling options are provided so can participate in the workout. CrossFit is an important part of the plan for me to skip the nursing home. You need encouragement talk to Tarra.”

“Snap Fitness is by far the best gym I’ve ever trained at. The equipment and machines are by far the best part about this gym. Having Prime, Nautilus, and Atlantis equipment it makes training just that much better. The environment is great as well, most members are very respectful of each others space and friendly with one another. The staff are also fantastic, Jared runs an excellent operation and stays on top of things like broken equipment and gym maintenance. Cole the manager is one of the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable people I know and is absolutely awesome at his job. Cole is also one of the biggest bodybuilding fanatics out there so it’s great if you have questions about training or nutrition and even offers coaching if you need that extra assistance getting started or just want to take your training and nutrition to the next level.”

“I absolutely love coming to the gym now. I got lucky when I signed up they had an amazing offer for 3 free personal training sessions, (every membership comes with one to try out) but i was hooked to sign up for more at only 80/session & I'm excited to possibly look into the group training they now offer too.Before working with point fitness, I was scared of the gym. I had poor experiences trying to go on my own and often felt lost even if I was using machines over freeweights. I was hooked up with the perfect trainer that understood my goals of just being more comfortable in the environment, and safe with what I am doing. Now only a month and a half into the experience I am going 3 days in a row independently when i thought maybe I'd be able to make it in 2-3x a week total.The friendliness of the staff is unmatched incomparison to my experience at larger gyms. Every day I am welcomed and greeted by a familiar face and I am excited to come early enough to catch Godfrey's pleasantries. During my sign up he was thorough in both his understanding of myself as a participant, but also in his tour of the gym space. Working with larger gyms previously I had never received a tour before and I appreciated learning more about how to navigate the space and equipment.To top it all off you can end your session with a smoothie packed with protein to fuel the rest of your evening. Beyond happy with this investment into myself.”

“Hayden at the Lawson location is super knowledgable and easy to talk to. He was interested in learning about my past experience in fitness. He asked about my challenges in the gym and made adjustments, which has been a lifesaver. I’m very comfortable telling him if something doesn’t work, if my body isn’t a fan of the particular exercise. He has a very flexible schedule and is committed to ongoing communication with his clients, in and out of the gym. I highly recommend Hayden to people of all fitness levels.
