Great selection of products - tons of different materials but you have to search for what you're looking for. Good selection of notions but sometimes limited stock. Customer service is lacking at times - long waits for cutting tables and staff are never particularly friendly.

I recently returned a pattern I had purchased the day before and was met with unbelievable surly rudeness! The staff seemed to be arguing among themselves, and no one was speaking to me as they called for management. I was repeatedly interrupted as I handed over my receipt and the unopened pattern. The only reason I was able to receive an highly ungracious exchange was because the purchased pattern was not stamped. I was told it absolutely should have been stamped and somebody was in deep trouble. So, the only helpful bit of service I received, would incur punishment from the most obnoxious pair of women I have ever encountered in retail. I will be destroying my recently purchased membership rather than subject myself to a repeat of that experience. What a shifty outfit!

I shop at Fabricland in Saskatoon often the staff is always friendly and helpful ? Today I was in the store shopping and I really started to not feel well the employee sorry if I'm wrong but I think her name is Carol (short brown hair glasses she was wearing a vest maybe) was cutting my fabric I mentioned that I was feeling unwell because I was confused about what was happening to me she immediately asked me if I needed mecial help, a chair or a glass of water she also cut my fabric quickly (I insisted on finishing) and checked me out asap so I could leave to get to a mediclinic (my change in medication was the culprit and I now feel much better) she was very kind, understanding and I recieved excellent customer service she really went above and beyond for me to today THANKS!!!

huge store, not that organized but nice and friendly staff. they had sale on yarn however i did have to remind the cashier that it was on sale. overall amazing experience and i will be back for more yarn :)

staff members are always helpful and available without following you around. good variety of things and the membership is totally worth it!
