My review is not necessarily about this location but Fedex as a whole. If I could give negative stars I would, package was delayed, fine it happens, but don't lie and say it was delayed locally due to weather when it's sunny out. These multi-national companies are the absolute worst to deal with, they don't care about the customers.

Sent me 3 notifications that item was on truck heading to me, so left work and waited each day item never showed. Up. Tried to call customer service it was almost impossible to speak to a human. When I did she was very argumentative and told me it was on the way just stay home it will arrive. I called back asked to speak to another representative. She informed me my item was never put on the truck the were just sending me notifications because it was past standard delivery date. Very disappointing and dishonest.

If I could give zero stars I would. You have had a package of mine since last Thursday (over a week now!). Everyday my tracking shows it being on a truck for delivery and it has yet to show up and your weather excuses are a joke because we haven’t had bad weather till today. I’m in a rural town so I know you don’t send multiple drivers out this way each day and yesterday we seen a FedEx driver deliver a package to my neighbour and my husband asked the guy if he had a package for us, driver said nope! So I call your call centre and they still try to tell me it’s coming that day, oh and to my amazement it never arrived 😮.I have been more than patient at this point, either deliver my package already or claim it to be lost or stolen. Purolator blows you guys out of the water for service standards and will never recommend you as a courier.

Shittiest drivers ever, don’t show up for two days in a row while you wait and third day will leave a tag on main door of the building and leave. Tried multiple times to get them hold at location but their shitty system always ends up giving my error. This is third time that it gets delayed for 5 days minimum and we still have to go pickup after that.

Less than 1 star.
Worst customer service. Looks like we are responsible for everything and don’t know anything.
Their driver missed three deliveries. I took 2 days work leave for this package to receive but they didn’t arrive. Customer service agent kept assuming what could happen. They know nothing.

Did you know that the staff here are so uninformed about transportation of dangerous goods that they will ship infectious substances after calling you to tell you they are taking the "dangerous good" designation off of the waybill? Their website is also incorrect in requiring a shippers declaration for things that are exempt because you can't even opt out when making a waybill (there are exemptions other than just dry ice). It's not just an inconvenience of service; what FedEx does in Saskatoon is illegal and should be brought to transportation Canada as they are actively removing dangerous goods labels for packages that are most certainly a public health/safety risk. I have never seen a company act so beyond confidently incorrect about something so serious.

Terrible hours and poor experiences all around. Incorrect information provided by customer service agents, packages not at the location stated. FedEx seriously needs to work on their organisation and infrastructure as it's clearly lacking and employees have minimal ability to help.
