On July 22nd just before 6pm, the person working was mopping the floors. A man with crutches slipped on the wet floor and the woman working didn't even check on him, she collected the wet floor signs and walked away quickly. Other bystanders took the time to check on the gentleman who fell.
Big yikes and a fail.

I joined this gym but somehow I moved to another province that's why I have to cancel and I met a guy named Josh. He is really nice and kind as well and helps a lot to give me a solution.

I think it’s more of a man’s gym. I’m a very short woman and most machines I can’t use comfortably. There’s not much for abdominal exercises. Very deceiving . I had seen the machine I like for those exercises but it’s now gone . If I would have known that , I wouldn’t have gotten a membership. I suggest you ask for a visit before paying if you’re a woman.

Service fee is a legal scam.. 25 dollars for missing a payment and then you gotta pay the bank as well… money hungry westerners. Two thumbs down. No empathy whatsoever, no taking into consideration what others may be going through.. that’s what these people are built on: Shamelessness

The lady who works days during the week is amazing and I loved her new idea to move the back extension machine and also make sure to have the window frosted ! Definitely makes me wanna use the machine more , I’ve avoided it for the exact reason of previous placement . Well done

Worst gym ever. No one was there to help us when my card didn't work (I had just paid for it), and no one would answer when we called the place. It is absolutely horrible how there was no customer service or anything to help us. We had to leave and waste our money for nothing.
