It's so great to win a reservation just for my confirmed order to be cancelled three days later. All my Boost points used (essentially cash) are also gone with the cancellation and don't get returned. How awesome!! Not.

horrible costumer service. guy couldn't get off his phone for one second to properly answer my question. got asked if I needed help and he turned around talking on the phone as I asked. then when I finally asked the question he made me wait 10 minutes before coming up to me and finally letting me know they didn't have my size. after asking for another shoe in my size he just said no, didn't scan anything, didn't ask anyone else, didn't check anything. won't be returning if these are the employees that are running the store.

I had 2 amazing buying experience at Footlocker Saskatoon midtown branch. Staff are always been accommodating specially Celina. This young Filipina woman was very nice and she was multitasking to accommodate customer’s needs. I went twice to this store this month of December 2023 for shoe size exchange and reservation pick up respectively and they were able to provide the superb customer service. Great Job to the Managers and all the staff of Footlocker Canada and Saskatoon branch!

Midtown always have great selection of authentic clothes, wide variety of colors for Nike shirts/hoodies, and majority of staff great and helpful. I’m there weekly, y’all know me! :)
