We were traveling through Canada... and had a trailer tire start going bad. . We pulled into Fountain Tires and they got us right in! Fast.. professional and excellent service!!! We were thrilled with their service!

Great experience with Fountain Tire. Car took a bit longer in the shop than expected so they helped put me in something for the meantime. Wish they could’ve gave a discount on the repairs but that’s cars for ya! Thanks again Evan and Alicia for all the help.

Very friendly courteous staff, they were very welcoming to my son, dog and myself. They didn't have a loaner available so the owner gave me his truck (keeping in mind I had a dog) to get the brake repairs completed that I needed after my brakes were starting to seize.
Thought they went above and beyond, the price wasn't the cheapest quote in the city but customer service and convenience definitely went over well with me!! Will be returning bo questions asked.

Things go wrong for sure, first we were fitted with the wrong tires and as a gesture of goodwill since they did not have in stock what we asked for we got to drive with the tires for 2days. So when I returned it took just short of 3hours to get the tires fitted, poor service. $130 discount was given to me as they dont want it to affect the rebate I can get which is $75 and $50 for the fitting. I personally would not go back here as I could haven gotten the tires ordered and fitted elsewhere for cheaper but went with them since they could see us straight away-my mistake. Everyone was friendly but thats about it, the customer service was poor.

First time coming here. Used to go to another tire store but the person I dealt with at the other tire shop started at fountain, needless to say I followed. It's nice to go into a place and trust your not getting screwed over!
