It’s hard to pick one main thing we liked about Heather Raccio throughout our home buying process because she was just stellar in every way! From start to finish, she was always available when we had questions, she found houses for us that fit our wants and needs, and she was so helpful and encouraging. She also knew the moment we did when we had found the perfect house, and we never had anything to stress about with her help for actually buying the place. You couldn’t go wrong choosing Heather as your agent, and if you want to find the home of your dreams, she’s the person to call!

My significant other and I were looking to buy our first home. Heather was a great choice and made our experience worthwhile. She is extremely knowledgeable and anything she isn’t sure of; she will check into for you. We had so many questions since this was our first home and she was always quick to answer. Heather is a very friendly and professional agent who never pressured us into buying. Buying during COVID times can be stressful but we were never worried with Heather. She not only made us aware of the COVID protocols which needed to be followed, she also helped to make sure that we were comfortable and safe during the whole process. Heather made sure our experience went smooth and that we were well taken care of. We recommend Heather for a great and professional experience.

Heather was incredibly helpful with us when we were picking our house. She pointed out many things in the houses we went to visit and was incredibly honest about some pros and possible cons. of all the houses. We really appreciated that honesty!
She booked many visits for us at times that were convenient for us and sent us really good recommendations for houses to check. She always replied very fast to all our emails and texts (24/7) and made the purchase process very easy. She was great communicating with the sellers agent.

It was a real pleasure to work with Heather. She was able to accomodate our busy schedules and to show us a variety of houses which met our very specific demands in a short period of time. Once we identified a house we liked, she guided us through the buying process making it really seamless, though it was our first house purchase in Canada. Heather is an experienced professional and a great person.
