Hillberg & Berk offers great quality jewelry with good prices and much variety. The store is very clean and provides a friendly environment for an easy shopping experience. Most staff are amazing, excellent, happy, and helpful, putting customer needs first with kindness and understanding. They are very welcoming and make customers feel comfortable. However, one staff member was incredibly short, rude, and unbelievably obnoxious, rolling eyes and arguing during checkout. Despite this, the business is recommended for its semi-affordable line and great deals, creating an overall positive impression.
