I forgot the name of the nice lady who helped me out last week. She gave me a wicked good deal with a few items. Her and the other staff there are extremely friendly, good workers and overall great to interact with! I'm a regular here whether it's pawning things or buying, it's always a good experience! :) highly recommend 10/10

The best pawn shop by far. Others treat you like dirt, these people treat you like a customer.🇨🇦

If I could I would give a no star review. Was going in to put down my monthly money payment for a weed whacker I had on layaway. Month isn't up and not only did they pull it but they also sold it! To boot I got no credit of what I put down to put on anything else. I am never going here or buying from here again!

I have been pawning there for a few years now, and usually its completly fine of an experience, but the last one was just too terrible of an expirience to not share. So over the last month i have pawned a few items, a guitar, a ps4 and a laptop. I was able to go get my items back so i did, which i usually do, i did it kinda close to their closing time and while i was out running other errands, so i didnt check them out at the store which has never been something they encouraged me to do but this time i should have. The more minor one wouldnt have been a big deal the ps4 i pawned, i had provided cables for, and they were my good cables i specifically remember talking to my girlfriend about it prior to pawning it. When i got it back the cables were bent and looks like a cat had been bitting them... luckily they still work so i wouldnt care of it wernt for the next item. The laptop i pawned, i have two and when deciding which one to pawn my gf said they wouldn't take the one because of a few crack the screen had so, i pawned the one without cracks. When i pawned it, there were little to no marks anywhere on the thing, but when getting it back we noticed the corner of the screen was severely cracked and then later noticed it was also missing some of the plastic casing in the same corner. This was a bit too much damage to let go in my opinion, but it was too late to go that night when we got home and could use our recently pawned items... the next morning we had scheduled visits with our children conveniently from when they open 10am to 12pm, so as soon as that was done we went to let them know what had happened, and i was completely polite and resonable when informing them, i get that mistakes can happen, but they handled it completely dissmissively, instantly saying it was me who damaged it, and when the manager/owner(?) Came from the back and was told about the situation from a distance, he looked from about 15 feet away for 2 secounds and said nope that wasnt us... i mean they didnt even try and see what might have happend, but we know that it was not caused by us in the time from us picking it up to when we noticed at home, and know when it was dropped off it was in great shape. But that plus the ps4 cords chewed on, we dont even have a cat so i dont see how we caused that... the guitar i had also pawned was luckily ok, but in one past encounter with pawning it their i got it back and one of my tone knobs was bent at an angle when i redeemed it, and this is a 1700$ gibson guitar... i was able to easily fix it so i didnt pay much mind at the time. Im pretty handy and not looking for handouts but the laptop was too much its a touch screen one my girlfriend uses to draw with a special stylus, so that affected it because it will destroy the tips of the pen.... after being a loyal customer for 2+ years and then not even reciving a civil conversation or proper visual confirmation of the damage im not going to be returning there again. But this is likely happening to many things there and i thought people should be aware, id encourage to go elsewhere but please at least check ur items when u pick them up, which they wont encourage u to do...because once it leaves the store they will deny without even properly inspecting it. There are other pawn shops and more resonable and respectful bussiness owners out there so if thats not somthing u would like for urself u dont have to accept it
